- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or lack of care after delivery.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
